What are my responsibilities? Develop and implement mechanical concepts based on appropriate evaluations for Drive and NC products during product development process負(fù)責(zé)驅(qū)動和數(shù)控類產(chǎn)品從概念到產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案Execute structural and thermal calculations, simulations and proof the feasibilities of chosen solutions and optimization執(zhí)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和熱的仿真和計算,方案驗證及優(yōu)化Design and qualify mechanical components, for example: plastic, metal, die-casting, membrane-film… 機(jī)械類零件的設(shè)計開發(fā)及驗證導(dǎo)入,如塑料件,鈑金件, 壓鑄件,薄膜……Familiar with the manufacture process of mechanical components, for example, the tooling, punching, machining, surface treatment etc.熟悉各類機(jī)械類零件的制造加工工藝，如模具，沖壓，機(jī)加及表面處理等Cooperate with manufacturing engineer for manufacturing demands like poka yoke, DFM and DFT協(xié)同制造工程師滿足生產(chǎn)裝配的要求, 比如防呆設(shè)計，DFM和DFTCooperate with GP/CE/LC engineers to develop suppliers for mechanical components.協(xié)同采購/元器件/物流工程師一同開發(fā)機(jī)械零件的供應(yīng)商Take part in product care activities, root cause analysis, action proposals and improvements負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的日常生產(chǎn)維護(hù),分析和解決生產(chǎn)中的技術(shù)問題Support customers (sales, product management), service, production, suppliers on technical issues為客戶,服務(wù),生產(chǎn),供應(yīng)商提供技術(shù)支持What do I need to qualify for this job? >5 years’ experience in Drive and NC development5年以上的驅(qū)動和數(shù)控類產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗Familiar with 3D Design tools – NX精通3D開發(fā)設(shè)計軟件NXPrefer to have experience on simulation tools like Flotherm for electronic thermal simulation and NX for structural simulation具有電子系統(tǒng)散熱仿真（Flotherm）和機(jī)械仿真（NX）經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先Good at English both in spoken and written.良好的英語口語及書面表達(dá)能力What else do I need to know?Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊合作精神
