Job Description We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Siemens Motion Control Asian Pacific Machine Tool System (MTS) headquarter to support the whole MTS organization on the products and business operation and development. The focus of the role will be on enabling the effective coordination of activities support on the successful business activities on time and budget. What are my responsibilities?? Manage office supplies and facilities in line with Siemens processes? Purchase the business needs in line with Siemens processes? Maintain the various tools or supportive IT systems, ? Prepare the facilities for newcomer integration, ? Organize internal and international events and meetings? Administrate the calendar and traveling of MTS senior management team ? Collect the contents for social media, website, and press releasesTasks: ? Provide secretarial and administrative support team on maintaining agendas, planning appointments, tickets, invoices, VISA, insurance, and accommodation for business trips? The handling of the communication and correspondence typical of the secretariat in English? Manage the ordering process, e.g., training, material (hardware, software, equipment…)? Monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files, data entry and retrievable from electronic sources? Administrate the attendance and property system (records of attendance, leave, incapacity for work, inventory, etc.)? Cooperate with other central departments, such as Procurement, IT, P
