The role.
1. Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product, solution and services to
responsible customers.向所負責區域或行業工業業務領域客戶銷售西門子電機及傳動領域產品、相應解決方案與服務2. Achieve
yearly sales target.完成年度銷售目標3. Builds a sound market related network of
stakeholders and develop new customers independently.建立完善公司業務市場相關的客戶網絡,獨立開發新客戶
4. Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support to
seize business opportunities and achieve sales target.

Your profile.
1. Bachelor or above major in Automation/ Electrical Transmission/ Mechanical
Engineering.本科以上學歷,專業電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關專業者優先2. More than 3 years of sales
experience and demonstrated good sales capabilities in LV/ HV Motors, MV Drives
products.3年以上銷售相關工作經驗并具備良好的低壓或高壓電機、中壓變頻產品的銷售能力3. Sales Experience in project
business is preferred.有項目型相關銷售經驗優先4. Be capable to build up constructive
relationship with internal key stakeholders both internally and externally,
good communication skills.有能力建立有建設性的內外部客戶關系, 良好的內外溝通技巧5. Persistent, never give
up, hardworking and teamwork.具備執著和永不言棄的精神, 勤奮,團隊合作能力強6. Integrity, honesty, and
loyalty can work under pressure.正直,誠實,忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力7. Quick learner and with
good business sense快速學習能力和良好的業務理念
